Typical Bow 140 1/4

I was hunting on November 7 2013 with my 12 year old son Joseph in Cayuga county. It's his first year hunting for deer. We had seen this buck two times before I shot him. I had grunted a few times and finally got his attention. My son wasn't ready for the shot. He was sitting and said... Dad I don't dare move he will see me! I said no get up and he said I can't move! I said are you sure and he said yeah you shoot him! So he came in to the scent wick and I shot him at twelve yards! He weighed 174lbs has a 17.5 inch inside spread. He's a ten pointer. We were so excited! My son told me to sit down because he was worried I might fall out of the stand! It's a day hunting we will never forget.
